Joining a gym like the YMCA! The Y offers financial assistance, too, so you don't have to spend a lot of money to get healthy.
Eating your favorite foods, in moderation: Ours are spagetti, Chipotle, tacos, quesadillas, wraps, chocolate...we could go on!
Write Down your Food: We record our food daily in a log so we know where we are calorie wise and track our food intake.
Take Pictures! We have found that photos help keep us motivated. We sometimes don't lose very much on the scale, but it helps to see that we are making progress anyway!
